Oh the weather outside is frightful...

Hey all, sorry for my absence lately. Blogging took a bit of a back seat over Christmas. I'm usually surgically attached to my phone - and the Internet - but Christmas is all about spending time with your loved ones and technology suddenly seems so insignificant in comparison. I didn't shun all technology however. This was my first Christmas with the DSLR and I was feeling pretty inspired:

With holiday season comes awesome food. I've had more party food than I can shake a stick at. Yes most of it was shop bought, but I did contribute my chorizo bites:

You can never go wrong with pie:

There was wine. Lots of it. This particular wine we dubbed "Mr Beautiful" rather than "Mt." because it was - for lack of a better word - beautiful

Evenings filled with laughter, drinks and board games. And lots of competitiveness ;)

The most impossible jigsaw puzzle I've ever encountered. I don't think it'll ever end :(

Over the last seven days I've been sharing time between Suffolk and London.
The below pic represents Christmas version 2.0

And as a result of Christmas, my mum, sis and I now all match:

Hope you all enjoyed the holiday season - I'm still catching up on blog reading, but please feel free to link me to your Christmas posts below! :) *Happy New Year*

  1. Love the slippers of you all, that jigsaw puzzle looks huge! Happy New year to you x

    1. Thanks Rhiannon - and Happy New Year to you too! The French for jigsaw puzzle makes so much sense now - "casse tete" - it does send your head into a spin sometimes! x x
